✓ Ordered and reserved parts must be reserved with payment up front.
✓ For a quick and easy return, have your receipt for items for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted up to 21 days of the original purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.
✓ Merchandise must be undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✓ Refunds will be based on original payment type except for cash payments above $25. If you have a return larger than $25 with cash, Service Motor Company will send a check in the mail within 14 business days.
✓ There will be a 25% restocking charge on all returned items and return shipping costs.
