Return Policy

1. For a quick and easy return, have your receipt for items for returns or exchanges. Purchases or exchanges must be within 21 days of the original purchase date.
2.  Merchandise must be undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Refunds will be based on original payment type except for cash payments above $50. If you have a return that is larger than $50 that was paid with cash, Service Motor Company will send a check in the mail within 21 business days.
4. There will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned items.
5. Items NOT returnable:
   • Electrical parts
   • Custom-made hoses
   • Manufacturer non-returnable parts
6.  Defective items will be replaced with the same items ONLY.
