A couple weeks later, Victoria called me and said it was done and gave me the final total. My wife and I drove down and paid in person because we wanted to meet Victoria and see the facility. The next Monday John delivered the tractor. Victoria had called me that morning with an eta for John. Again, Victorias open communication from start to finish is what put me at ease. Sure, I might have been able to have the work/transportation done cheaper elsewhere, however her air of confidence and can do attitude is what convinced me it was worth every penny to have it done by the Wausau Location. She is a rare find in todays world.she is a keeper.

Ive been using the tractor a little since it came back and all seems fine. Outside temps here have been below zero at night and mid-teens during the day. In winter we heat with wood so I have a grapple for loading 8 logs onto the cutting deck. I also snow plow with the Kubota when needed. I do so much with it, I could not get along without it.
