"Jeremy was my salesman who took over for another salesman who left the company shortly after he wrote up my order. Some mistakes were made initially but Jeremy took over my account and straightened everything out when it seemed like it wasn't possible. I'm loving my new Kubota 2380 and I have Jeremy to thank for that. To anyone who is buying from Service Motor Co. do yourself a favor and request Jeremy to be your salesman. He knows his business and you will have a worry free buying experience. He handles every detail of the buying process which can be confusing. Service Motor Co. you have a great salesman in Jeremy!"

"This review is in regards to repairs I had done at Service Motors, Wausau Location, on my 2011 L3940HST Kubota 4X4 Tractor w/ loader.
January 2025. It all started after lifting some rather heavy wrapped silage bales. I noticed Trans fluid dripping out of the weep hole. After a little online research, it became apparent that the tractor had to be split to replace the leaking transmission shaft seal. This was something beyond what I was equipped to do, so I had to find somewhere to have the work done. Im sorry to say that the closest Kubota service facility is Marquette, Michigan, 75 miles away. So, I gave them a call, I was not impressed with the person I spoke to so, I decided to expand my range. Nothing against my local non-Kubota mechanics, but my Silverado plow truck has been sitting at the local auto repair shop since Dec 9, 2024, so I decided against having my Kubota work done by a non-Kubota shop. With the right equipment and knowledge, the split job would only be labor intensive. The next closest Kubota dealer was the Wausau Location 136 miles away. So, I called. I spoke to Victoria in the service department. WOW, she was on top of everything. I asked roughly how much it would be to do the split. BAMM, she gave me a range of what to expect. I told her I had no way of transporting my tractor to her location, BAMM, she gave me an in-house estimate for trucking. Mind you, these costs are adding up due to distance and huge amount of labor for the split just to get to the seal. Then she delivered the knockout punch that convinced me to have the work done there. She said labor would be 10% off during January. Her confidence and quick thinking convinced me the work would be done professionally and with the best possible outcome. So, I said yes, send the truck. She scheduled pickup for the next Monday. She told me the driver would call an hour out and give me a heads up for pickup. The driver, John, did just that. When he arrived, he pulled in, loaded the tractor, chained it down and that was that. His every move was smooth and fluid like. Again, I felt confident my Kubota was in the right hands. I would trust John to haul anything I have.
The next day Victoria called me and said it was there and the work would start. I then asked that a front wheel seal leak be fixed also. She gave me a quick estimate which was in the range I expected. Then once the Techs began work, they noticed the loader bolts were loose, damaged and some missing, I bought the tractor used in 2017. Thank God the Tech noticed the loader bolt problem. I use the loader with the third function so much. A loader busting off under a heavy load would be very bad. Thank You again guys.
